Pull placements from Bullhorn into Hubbado as draft assignments. The contractor, client, job details, rates, and billing terms all carry across — review and publish, and the assignment is live. No double-entry of placement data.

Hubbado complements Bullhorn. Bullhorn handles candidate sourcing and client relationships. Hubbado picks up where the placement ends — managing the back-office workflow from assignment through timesheets, invoicing, and payment.

Xero

Approved invoices push from Hubbado to Xero automatically. No manual data entry into your accounting system. Invoices arrive in Xero as approved invoices, ready for payment.

Timesheets drive invoices in Hubbado. Invoices flow to Xero automatically. The billing data only needs to exist in one place. Useful for any business using Xero for accounts — particularly smaller UK agencies and consultancies.

Triver

Finance your invoices directly from Hubbado. Send an invoice to Triver and receive payment upfront, rather than waiting for your client's payment terms. Hubbado tracks the financing lifecycle from reservation through to repayment.

Invoice financing improves your cash flow without changing how you bill your clients. The invoice stays the same — you just get paid sooner. Currently available for GBP invoices with UK-based clients. Useful for agencies and consultancies managing contractor payments while waiting on client receipts.
